CURRENT U.K POSTAGE CHARGES:

U.K. MAINLAND ORDERS :

LARGE ITEMS & MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS:
Postage charges are Automatically calculated via our Shopping basket system & are based on a flat rate of £ 8. 00 maximum per total order for packages weighing 1 - 10 kgs ( which 95% of our orders seem to be).
Packages weighing 10 - 20 kgs are charged at £10.00 per order.

WE USE PARCELFORCE 48 which gives a 2nd working day delivery period. Parcelforce have just sharply increased the charges for 24 hour delivery, although we can still offer this as an option for £10 per order. Please note that these charges are still an immense saving on Parcelforce's public rate for 24 hour delivery.
Items of excessive size and / or weight are sent by Road carriers and prices are available on request - such items are noted in their descriptions.

NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, SCILLY ISLES & HIGHLANDS /ISLANDS OF SCOTLAND:
Due to surcharges placed on these destinations by our carrier (Parcelforce) an £8.00 surcharge will be added to packages of over 2kgs total weight. This surcharge will be added, if appropriate, on the processing of your order. If your package weighs in at under 2kgs we will use Special Delivery in order to keep costs down.
If you are unsure whether your location is within these specified areas, please call for details.

SMALL, LIGHTWEIGHT ITEMS: ALL UK DESTINATIONS:
Postage charges for small items such as insignia, pouches etc are based on variable, lower rates & are sent by Special Delivery service .

We have recently encountered delivery problems by using the Recorded Delivery service so no longer use this as a delivery option.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NO LONGER ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARDS FOR MAIL ORDER TRANSACTIONS………………………….

Due to constantly rising costs, ALL CREDIT CARD payments (Visa & Mastercard ) are now subject to a 2.5 % surcharge. This amount will be added by us upon processing your order.

Orders placed using Switch/Maestro and Delta cards will not have any surcharge applied, EXCEPT for orders totalling under £10.00 wherer a 75p charge will be added when invoicing. .

NEW STOCK:

Whenever we add new stock to the web site we always state the date of these additions on the home page. We generally update the web site at the start of each month, However, we may occasionally add items at other times, so keep an eye open !

SHOP OPENING TIMES:

Due to circumstances beyond our control our shop opening hours not currently valid.

Although we will make every attempt to open at the listed times and days ( SEE THE CONTACT US SECTION ) , to avoid disappointment please contact us to check that we will be open when you wish to visit.

The web site is fully operational and orders can be placed as normal.
