BRITISH WW2 RAF ESCAPE COMPASS

RARE & ORIGINAL example of a Small compass with brass case and glass top. Chemically blackened finish with some wear. Inside with 4 pointed star shaped pointer with white and red dot markings. Measures 15 mm diametre and 5 mm deep. Working order. This is an ORIGINAL compass. These were issued to RAF aircrew to be carried in escape kits or sewn into uniforms etc. These were also issued to SOE operatives. There are NO markings on this but bear in mind that if captured by the enemy it had no British markings or lettering to denote it's origin. Grade 9 condition THIS IS THE LAST ONE !!!!!!
