K98 RIFLE TYPE BUTT TAB FITTING FOR SLING

Brown leather with brass stud. Flexible centre section ( WW2 German is a solid metal plate covered in leather). Fits into slot on k98 butt. Long strap fits to press stud. Being flexible it doesn't fit tightly but does the job ! Good condition, GRAde 8+.
Not sure of the origin of this, possibly post war Czech or Isreali ???????????
